摘要
采用不同质量指标的己二酸和1,4-丁二醇作为原料,制备一系列的己二酸系聚酯多元醇,并考察己二酸的主要杂质含量对聚酯多元醇色度的影响。研究表明,灰分对于己二酸的熔融色度影响显著。在NO-3含量较低时,灰分对聚酯多元醇色度的影响不明显,而铁含量偏高会导致聚酯多元醇的色度加深且发红。当灰分和NO-3含量同时偏高时,聚酯多元醇由黄色变暗,色度变化较明显。
Using 1,4-butanediol and different specifications of adipic acid as raw materials, a series of polyester polyols have been prepared. The effects of impuritycontenton the chroma of polyester polyolwere investigated in this paper. The results indicated that ash content greatly affeetedthe melt-chroma of adipic acid. When the content of nitratewas quite low, ash had hardly affected on the chroma of polyesterpolyol, however, high content ofironcould make the chroma ofpolyester polyol become darker and appear pink. When the content of ash and nitrate were both high, the chroma of polyester polyol obviously changed from yellow to dark.
