摘要
煤焦油是重要的化工原料,但是其中大部分却被当做锅炉燃料直接烧掉,不仅造成了煤焦油资源的浪费,并且在燃烧过程中产生SO_x和NO_x,造成了环境污染。本文采用高活性的非负载型催化剂作为煤焦油加氢精制的催化剂,在提高加氢活性的同时可以防止活性组分流失和中毒。实验考察了不同催化剂及保护剂装填方式对煤焦油加氢精制效果的影响,发现采用非负载型催化剂配合保护剂的分级装填方式具有最好加氢效果。
Coal tar is an important chemical raw material. Most of coal tar were burned up as boiler fuel, which caused environmental pollution because it produced SOx and NOx during the combustion process. The highly active unsupported catalyst was used for the hydrofining of coal tar, which can not only improve the activity but also prevent the active component from losing and poisoning. The effects of the different packing structures of the two catalysts and protective agents on the hydrofining of coal tar were investigated. It showed the better hydrotreating effect when the unsupported catalyst and the protective agent by grading packing were used.
