摘要 雾霾是发生在大气近地面层中的一种灾害天气,为了减少在雾霾天气下交通事故的发生,针对现有的雾霾能见度测量仪安装复杂、成本高等问题,设计并实现一种基于参照物图像识别的、成本低廉、安装维护简单方便的雾霾能见度测量系统,进行实时测量与发布雾霾能见度。测量节点通过图像采集模块获取雾霾天气下实时的参照物图像数据信息,利用参照物图像识别算法进行雾霾能见度测量,将测量值通过蓝牙通信模块发送给上位机。通过测试发现,文章设计并实现的系统能够实现雾霾能见度测量。 Fog and haze is a kind to reduce the occurrence of traffic of disaster weather occurred in the atmospheric surface layer. In order accidents in the haze weather, this paper designs and implements a haze visibility measurement system which is based on reference image recognition in the purpose of solving the problems of exsiting haze hazemeter, such as its complex installation and high cost. The cost of the proposed system is low. The installation and maintenance towards the system are easy and convenient. This system is available for real-time measurement and publishment of haze visibility. By using the image acquisition moduXe, the measuring nodes derive the real-time information of the reference images in the haze weather. This method conducts the measurement towards haze visibility according to the reference object image recognition algorithm. The measured values are delivered to the to the host computer through the bIuetooth communication module. The performance analysis shows that the system designed in this paper is able to measure haze visibility.
