用钼材料作为药型罩形成射流的特性研究

摘要 为研究钼药型罩的应用,运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元分析软件,采用多物质ALE流固耦合算法,对钼罩不同起爆方式、罩高、壁厚和曲率半径下杆式射流的形成进行数值模拟和计算分析。结果表明:钼药型罩在相同结构条件下形成的射流形态以及特征参数性能均优于铜药型罩;偏心亚半球形装药结构所形成的杆式射流长度、速度、直径以及药型罩利用率均大于锥形钼罩。优化得到的金属钼在此装药结构下形成最佳杆式侵彻体。 In order to study the application of molybdenum shaped charge liner,the numerical simulation of rod jet under different initiation way,different height and wall thickness,different radius of curvature of molybdenum shaped charge liner was carried out by using ANSYS/LS- DYNA finite element analysis software and multiple material ALE fluid- structure coupling algorithm. The calculating results were analyzed. The results show that for the jet formed by molybdenum shaped charge liner under the same structure conditions,its characteristic parameters are better than those of copper shaped charge liner. The length of jet,the speed,the diameter and the utilization of shaped charge liner of eccentric and hemispherical charge structure are all better than those of the cone structure. The best rod jet is formed by optimizing the metal molybdenum under the charging structure.
