摘要
在分析滑坡灾害致灾因子、孕灾环境和承灾体(覆土油罐)地质影响基础上,筛选了地形地貌、地质条件、水文气候条件、诱发条件、历史灾害条件5类20个可以进行定性或定量衡量的指标,建立了覆土油罐滑坡灾害危险性评价指标体系。利用GIS对油罐的坡度、坡向、归一化植被指数(NDVI)等指标进行提取和处理,并制作了油罐周边地形3D模型示意图,编程实现了IAHP计算指标权重,利用目前地灾危险性评价常用的模糊综合评价法对某油库某号覆土油罐进行了评价。结果显示,该油罐处于危险度低的状态,与该罐建罐以来未受滑坡灾害破坏的现状吻合,但降雨对该地区影响较大,应重点对研究区不规律降雨进行监测。
Based on the analysis of landslide disaster hazard, disaster environment and disaster bearing bodies-buried tanks, selecting 5 class 20 indicators including the topography, geological conditions, hydrology climate conditions, inducing factors, historical disaster conditions which can be measured qualitatively or quantitatively, the buried oil tank landslide hazard evaluation index system is established, the slope, aspect, normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI), etc. are extracted by using GIS, and the 3D model diagram of the oil tank surrounding terrain is drawn. The index weight calculation is made possible with a program of the IAHP, the current disaster risk evaluation of a certain buried oil tank depot is conducted using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate, the results show, this tank is in danger of low state, which is consistent with the fact that landslide daage never happens to it, but considering that the rain is an important influence factor, we should focus on monitoring the irregular rainfall in the study area.
