基于虚拟仪器的传感电缆泄漏检测系统

摘要 针对泄漏检测对自动控制的技术要求,研究了传感电缆检测方法,着重分析其定位机理。结合虚拟仪器技术,完成了泄漏检测系统接口电路的搭建和软件算法的设计,构建了检测流程和检测系统模型。该检测系统综合应用了传感电缆检测技术和计算机技术,具有开放性好、硬件模块化的特点。实验结果表明,传感电缆泄漏检测系统实现了对传感电缆电压信号的在线监测,能可靠获取传感电缆的工作状态,对泄漏点定位较为准确,拥有较低的漏报误报率。 To meet the technical requirements for automatic control of leak detection, leak detection theory for sensing cable is researched, with the mechanics of leak detection and accurate localization of the focal points. Combined with the virtual instru- ment technology, the design of interface circuit and software algorithm is achieved. In addition, the leak detection system model and detection process for sensing cable are completed. With the integrated applications of computer technique and leak detection cable technology, the leak detection system for sensing cable has good properties, such as good openness and modularized hardware. The experimental results show that on-line voltage detection is realized in the designed system, and the measured data is stable. It is also proved that the designed system, with high localization accurate, has low false alarm and negative rate.
