摘要
通过问卷和访谈调查发现,甘肃特教教师以中青年为主,以女性为主;大部分教师专业为非特教,入职学历主要为本科以下;月工资大部分位于2001~3000元之间;特教教师职业幸福感总体情况较好,社会支持感较低。研究也提出了其中存在的问题和对策。
The survey and investigation show that middle-aged and young teachers are major groups of special education teachers in Gansu, majority of whom are female teachers, whose majors are not mostly from special education, most of whom graduated from non-four-year colleges or universities, and that their individual monthly salary is less than 2000 RMB, and that special education teachers can get less professional happiness and social support. Some problems and countermeasures are also put forward in this study.
