电化学联合类芬顿试剂对剩余污泥的调理研究 被引量:1

摘要 以污泥离心脱水率、毛细吸水时间(CST)、COD的去除等为指标,研究了电化学联合类芬顿试剂对污泥的调理作用。讨论了H_2O_2浓度、Fe^(3+)浓度、电化学处理时间的影响。研究结果表明,类芬顿试剂中H_2O_2的投加量为80 mg/g,Fe^(3+)的投加量为10 mg/g,电化学处理120 min,此时污泥的毛细吸水时间为27.6 s,污泥COD降至3415.7 mg/L,污泥离心后含水率为69.1%。 The potential benefits of electrolysis- conditioned sludge treatments with Fenton- like reagent were investigated. The effects of initial H2O2 concentration, Fe3+ concentration and operating time on sludge through determining cake moisture, capillary suction time (CST), the removal rate of chemical oxygen demand (COD) were studied. Based on the experimental results, for the sludge conditioning by electrolysis and Fenton- like reagent, the operation conditions were optimized with H202 dosages of 80 mg/g, Fe3+ dosages of 10 mg/g and of operating time 120 min. The capillary suction time (CST) was 27.6 s, the chemical oxygen demand (COD) was 3415.7 mg/L, while the moisture was as low as 69. 1%.
