柠檬酸磷酸酯(Phosphocitrate,简称PC)是一种含有多羧基的酸,其化学名称为3-磷酸酯基丙三羧酸,分子式为C_6H_9PO_(10)。是存在于哺乳动物线粒体中的一种天然活性成分,因其活性高、毒性低、副作用小等特点,成为了近些年来新药筛选领域的研究热点。本文以柠檬酸和苄醇为起始原料,经酯化、水解、加氢还原、碱中和后高收率合成了柠檬酸磷酸酯钠盐,产物结构经~1H NMR、^(31)P NMR和LC-MS表征。
Phosphocritrate (PC) is a naturally organic acid containing three carboxyl named 1,2,3-tricarboxylic acid-2-hydroxyhosphate, its formula for C6H9PO10. It is one of the natural active ingredients existing in mammal's mitochondria. Recently it becomes the study hot spot in the field of new drug filer because of its high activity, low toxic, fewer side effects and so on. A simple method for the synthesis of phosphocitrate starting from citric acid and benzyl alcohol was described. The structures were characterized by 1H NMR, 31p NMR and LC-MS.
