浅谈蒸汽伴热系统的设计

Briefly Discussion on the Design of Steam Tracing System

石油化工装置中的管道犹如人体的血管,贯穿整个系统,其重要性不言而喻,因此需要保证管道的长期正常的运行。而蒸汽伴热是一种非常有效的管道保温及防冻措施,已广泛应用于石油化工行业中。笔者依据石油化工工程设计的相关标准规范,并结合工程项目经验和参考其他工程师的科技成果,介绍了管道的蒸汽伴热系统的整体设计及设计要点,并具体论述了蒸汽伴热系统的几点值得注意的问题。

The pipeline in the petrochemical plant is just like the blood vessel of the human body, which is throughout the whole system, and the importance of the pipeline is self-evident. Therefore, it is very important to ensure long term and normal operation of the pipeline. As well known, steam tracing is used effectively for heat preservation and anti freezing measures, which has been widely used in petrochemical industry. According to the relevant regulations of petrochemical engineering design and combining with project experience, several design key points of steam tracing system were mainly introduced, and some problems that should by paid attention to in tracing design were concretely discussed.
