摘要
针对顺酐装置碳四加氢单元中循环氢压缩机排气温度过高的现象,从加氢反应系统运行情况、循环水系统故障、设备机械故障、温度检测系统故障等方面进行了分析,通过降低吸气温度、控制吸气压力、控制循环水温度、消除设备机械故障、校正测量温度、经常性的检查维护和保养等多项措施的实施,使循环氢压缩机排气温度能够满足机组设计要求。
Aiming at the phenomenon of hydrogen circulation too high exhaust temperature of maleic anhydride plant carbon four hydrogenation unit, from the aspects of the operating conditions of the hydrogenation reaction system, the failure of the circulating water system, the mechanical failure of the equipment, and the failure of the temperature detection system, by reducing the suction temperature, controlling the air pressure, controlling the temperature of the circulating water, eliminating the mechanical failure of the equipment, correcting the measuring temperature, the regular inspection and maintenance, the exhaust temperature of the circulating hydrogen compressor can meet the design requirements.
