Reform and Exploration of Chemical Process Open Experiment for Training Students' Practical Ability

化工工艺类实验流程相对复杂,教学难度大,在有限的课时内学生很难真正掌握。在原有已开设化工工艺计算机虚拟仿真实验的基础上,添置了与仿真实验项目对应的化工生产模型,开设了与仿真实验项目对应的化工实训实验,形成"模型认知—仿真虚拟—实训操作"相结合的化工工艺实验教学新方法,并在上述的实验过程中实行开放式教学,大大提高学生理论与实践结合的能力。

The teaching of chemical process experiment is difficult because of complicated process. The computer virtual simulation lab was built to bring some corresponding chemical production model and open corresponding chemical training experiment. A new experiment teaching method was established, it involved model cognitive, virtual simulation and training operation. The open teaching was used in the experimental process, the students＇ ability of combining theory and practice was greatly improved.
