摘要
桩腿是海洋石油钻井平台重要组成部件,它承担着平台所有的载荷,每条桩腿通常承载几千吨的重量。同时,钻井平台的升降需要通过焊接在桩腿的齿条传动来实现。海洋石油钻井平台长期作业在海洋环境气候中,而且受频繁拖航以及身处海水飞溅区的影响,加剧了桩腿腐蚀,影响平台使用寿命。为钻井平台升降平台便利,以及更便利地维护保养桩腿,本文重点研究设计一套桩腿维护装置,来满足平台使用要求。
Legs are important offshore oil drilling platform components, which bear all the load of the platform. Each leg usually carries thousands of tons of weight, lifting the drilling platform by rack gears welded in the legs. Offshore oil rigs are operated in the marine environment of long-term climate, and subject to frequent towage and Language seawater splash zone, exacerbating the leg corrosion, affecting the life of the platform. In order to lift platform and to maintenance leg more conveniently, this paper focuses on the design of a leg maintain means to meet the platform requirements.
