摘要
船用隔离放大器盒负责采集推进电机的前、后电枢电流信号进行处理,从而平衡电机的电枢电流,以保证电机的平稳运行。本文通过分析隔离放大器盒的特性,研制出一种便携式隔离放大器盒故障诊断装置。经试验证明,该装置体积小、操作方便、故障定位准确,能实现故障的船员级修理,提高故障判定速度。
Marine isolation amplifier box is responsible for collecting the before and after armature current signal and processing it, so as to balance the motor armature current, and ensure the motor keep smooth running. The paper introduces that a portable fault diagnosis device is developed for isolation amplifier box by analyzing characteristics , the experiments show that the device is small ih size, convenient operation, and accurate fault location, and the crew of maintenance can be realized, and the speed or fault judgment can be improved by the device.
