O_2/CO_2气氛下悬浮态SiO_2对CaCO_3分解影响的实验研究

摘要 在空气和O_2/CO_2气氛下,采用悬浮实验平台考察了水泥生料重要要成分SiO_2对生料主要成分CaCO_3分解特性的影响,并求解动力学参数。研究结果表明:在空气气氛下,SiO_2对CaCO_3的分解几乎没有影响。在O_2/CO_2气氛下SiO_2对CaCO_3的分解有较强的抑制作用,分解时间延长,活化能升高。出现抑制的原因可能是在O_2/CO_2气氛下,CaCO_3分解比在O_2/N2气氛中困难,CaCO_3与SiO_2反应生成C2S,堵塞孔隙影响进一步分解。而在空气气氛下CaCO_3分解较为容易,C2S对其影响不明显。 Using the suspended experimental platform to study the influence of the important component Si O_2 on the decomposition characteristics of the main constituent of cement raw materials Ca CO_3 under the air and O_2 / CO_2 atmosphere, and solve the kinetic parameters. The results showed that: Si O_2 had little effect on the decomposition of Ca CO_3 in the air. However, the decomposition of Ca CO_3 was strongly inhibited by Si O_2 under O_2/CO_2 atmosphere, which resulted in the decomposition time expanded and the activation energy increased. The cause of inhibition may be that Ca CO_3 was more difficult to decompose in the O_2/CO_2 atmosphere. What's more, Ca CO_3 and Si O_2 reacted to generate C2 S, which would block the pore to prevent the further decomposition. But the Ca CO_3 decomposition was more easily in the air, and C2 S had no obvious effect on it.
