Zn/Mg/Al水滑石的合成及其对纸张阻燃性能的研究 被引量:4

摘要 以金属硝酸盐和混合碱为原料,采用共沉淀法制备了一系列不同金属配比的Zn/Mg/Al水滑石,采用X-射线衍射仪和傅里叶红外光谱以对其结构进行了表征,将其作为阻燃剂,采用浆内添加法制备阻燃纸,并用氧指数仪对其燃烧性能进行了测试。结果表明,Zn/Mg/Al水滑石具有良好的水滑石结构,将其作为填料制备阻燃纸可以改善纸张的阻燃性能。增加Zn含量,不利于提高纸张的阻燃性能,添加20%(wt.)的Zn/Mg/Al=2∶1∶1水滑石,得到的阻燃纸氧指数可达22.9%。 A series of Zn/Mg/Al hydrotalcites with different metal ratios were prepared by co-precipitation method using metal nitrate and mixed base as raw materials. Their structure was characterized by XRD and FTIR. Fire-retardant paper was prepared by using hydrotalcite as fire-retardant reagent, and their flame retardance was investigated by oxygen index analyzer. The results show that Zn/Mg/Al hydrotalcites have good structure and the flame retardance of the prepared fire-retardant paper is improved by adding hydrotalcite. High content of Zn in hydrotalcite decreases the flame retardance of the paper. The oxygen index of the fire-retardant paper is 22.9 % by adding 20 %(wt.) Zn/Mg/Al hydrotacite(Zn/Mg/Al=2∶1∶1).
