羟甲基化改性对木质素磺酸钠络合性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 研究了不同条件下羟甲基化改性对木质素磺酸钠(简称木钠)与Mg2+、Zn2+、Cu2+络合性能的影响。实验结果表明较适宜的改性条件为:甲醛含量为0.22 g/g木钠,反应温度为60~70℃,反应p H为9.0。在优选方案下羟甲基木钠对Zn2+、Mg2+、Cu2+的络合性能分别提高了23.3%、18.9%和34.9%。且反应产物总羟基含量增加,特性粘度少许增大。研究表明,木钠总羟基含量增大是导致络合能力提高的主要原因。 Effect of hydroxymethylated experiments under different conditions on complexing capacity of sodium lignosulfonates(SL) with Mg2+, Zn2+ and Cu2+ was investigated. Results suggested that the superior experimental conditions were as follows: concentration of formaldehyde was 0.22 g/g SL, temperature was from 60 to 70 ℃, p H was 9.0. Under this optimal condition, the complexing capacity of hydroxymethylated sodium lignosulfonate(HSL) with Zn2+, Mg2+ and Cu2+increased 23.3 %, 18.9 % and 34.9 % independently. Furthermore, the total hydroxyl group content and intrinsic viscosity of HSL increased. This study showed that the main contributor to complexing capacity improvement was increasing total hydroxyl groups content of SL.
