摘要
对番木瓜片进行了热风薄层干燥实验,主要考察了番木瓜自身的不同条件(包括成熟度、厚度、形状)与干燥温度对干燥速率的影响,通过实验数据建立了番木瓜片的热风干燥的水分比与干燥时间关系的联系,根据Page模型进行了拟合检验,结果显示模型的预测值与实测值拟合良好。
Thin layer hot-air drying of fresh papaya was investigated. The effects of different factors including papaya of mature degree, thickness and shape, hot-air temperature on the hot-air drying characteristics of papaya were studied to get papaya drying of drying characteristics of curve,drying rate curve. Meanwhile the suitable mathematical model which can be used to describe the relationship of moisture ratio and drying time was established in this paper. The proof test results showed that the model was good due to the predicted values consistent with the observed values.
