超临界火电厂凝结水精处理铵化工艺的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 凝结水精处理系统实施铵化运行工艺,是超临界火电厂节能减排的有效措施之一。文章模拟现场运行条件的小型试验台上,研究了凝结水精处理铵化方式、铵化工艺、实际运行周期及不同进水水质对铵化工艺的影响。试验结果表明:在不同进水水质条件下(Ca Cl2液浓度分别为5 mg/L、10 mg/L、100 mg/L),进水浓度越低,其出水水质越好、运行周期越长、周期制水量越大;铵化运行周期远超氢型运行周期,是一种经济可行的运行方式。 It is an effective measure for the supercritical thermal power plant to carry out the operation at ammoniated operation for condensate water system. A series of experiments to investigate the influence for the ammonium mode, ammonium technology, the actual operating period and different influent water quality(5 mg/L, 10mg/L, 100 mg/L, 200 mg/L, 500 mg/L, 300 mg/L, 400 mg/L, expression as Ca Cl2) to operation process at simulates the field operation. The experimental results show that the influent quality is being lower, the effluent water quality being better, and the ammoniated operation period being longer and effluent quantity being larger. The operation period of ammoniated operation is far more than at hydrogen-form operation, the operation cycle of the ammonium is an economical and feasible way.
