摘要
鉴于化工园区综合废水污染物成分复杂、可生化性差的特点,优选了"气浮-铁碳微电解/Fenton氧化-中和沉淀-水解酸化-A/O生化-混凝沉淀-树脂吸附"梯度消减集成工艺,同时分析了工艺设计特点,给出了主要设计参数。在进水CODcr、BOD5、NH3-N质量浓度分别为600、150、60 mg/L的条件下,出水水质可稳定且达到《污水综合排放标准》GB 8978-1996中一级标准限值。
Chemical engineering wastewater was difficult to be biodegraded ascribe to the complicated pollutants. The integrated process of "Air Floating, Fe-C Micro-electrolysis/Fenton Oxidation, A/O-Biological Process, Coagulation Sedimentation, and Resin Absorption" was optimized. The characteristics of processes design were analyzed and the design parameters were displayed. Under these conditions of the mass concentrations of CODcr、BOD5、NH3-N in the influent were 600、150 and 60 mg/L, the effluent quality was stable and complied with the Class A of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996).
