摘要
中沙(天津)石化有限公司30万吨线性低密度装置造粒机组自2010年初开车以来,通过优化工艺操作、实施技术改进,造粒机组停车次数逐年减少。这不仅提高了机组的运行周期,延长了机器的寿命,还大量减少了人力物力的浪费,线性低密度装置的能耗物耗显著降低,在同行业取得了突出的业绩。文章重点介绍该机组在操作优化、技术进步等方面积累的成功经验,希望为同类机组或同行的使用提供一定的帮助。
Since startup in early 2010, the extruder of LLDPE Plant(300,000 tons/year) in SINOPEC SABIC Tianjin Petrochemical Co. Ltd., shutdown times reduced year by year by optimizing process operation and technology improvement. It not only improves the operation cycle and service life of the extruder, but also reduces the waste of manpower and material resources. The material and energy consumption of plant significantly reduced, which has achieved outstanding results in the same industry. The article focuses on the successful experience accumulated from operation optimization and technical progress for the extruder that it can help the same extruder or same industry for use.
