催化裂化装置催化剂跑损的诊断和处理

摘要 找到催化剂跑损的原因和位置,减少和避免催化剂跑损,对催化裂化装置的良好运行十分重要。分析了催化剂历经分布、机械强度、重金属污染能力、水热稳定性等催化剂自身原因以及原料组成变化、生产操作不当等操作原因。分析结果表明,回收系统问题、流花分布问题、设备固有问题、设备出现异常等设备问题原因是造成催化剂跑损的主要因素。同时,通过分析新鲜剂、待生剂、再生剂、三旋剂等筛分组成以及油浆固含量的数值来诊断出催化剂跑损的位置。提出了如何减少和避免催化剂跑损的主要措施。 It is very important for the catalytic devices in good condition to find the cause and location as well as reduce and avoid damage of the runoff of catalysts. The performance reasons of catalyst, including the catalyst particle size distribution, mechanical strength, the ability of heavy metal pollution, water and thermal stability have been analyzed. At the same time, the operational reasons, including the changes in the composition of raw materials and improper operations also have been analyzed. Therefore, the problems of recycling system, fluid distribution, device inhere fail and equipment abnormal is the main factor causing the runoff of catalysts. Simultaneously, by analyzing the sizes distribution of fresh agents, spent agents, and recycling agents as well as the oil slurry solids content, the position of the runoff of catalysts has been found. The main measures to reduce and prevent damages of the runoff of catalysts have been proposed.
