中药中汞含量的测定

The Determination of Mercury in the Traditional Chinese Medicine

采用直接测汞仪,建立了简便、快捷、准确的中药中汞含量测定方法,方法检出限为1.2μg/kg,在高（30~1000 ng）低（0~25 ng）范围内线性良好,线性相关系数为0.9999,方法准确性高,加标回收率为95%~108%。对实际样品（黄连,菊花、桑叶、决明子、丹参等）进行检测,汞含量在0.8137~56.8719 ppb。

Established a method for the determination of mercury in traditional Chinese medicine using Direct mercury analyzer（DMA）. It＇s a simple, rapid and accurate method with a low detection limit as 1.2 μg/kg, the liner is good in high（30~1000 ng） or low（0~25 ng） level（r2=0.9999）, and the method is accurate with a 95 %~108 % recovery ratio. At last, we detected the real sample such as Rhizoma Coptidis, chrysanthemum, mulberry leaf, cassia seed, Salvia, it showed the mercury in this traditional Chinese medicine between 0.8137 to 56.8719 μg/kg.
