HPLC-DAD-MS法测定塑料制品中的双酚A

摘要 建立了塑料制品中双酚A(BPA)的液相色谱-质谱测定方法。样品经四氢呋喃超声提取,乙腈沉淀过滤后采用液相色谱-质谱方法测定,乙腈和水流动相梯度洗脱,ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18柱分离,以负离子电喷雾模式电离,二极管阵列检测器DAD定性,选择离子监测模式(SIM)外标法定量。结果表明,BPA在0.2~5.0 mg/L范围内线形良好,相关系数r2=1;方法检出限为0.265 mg/kg;添加水平在0.2、1.0、5.0 mg/L时,平均回收率为86.14%~108.31%,RSD=1.63%~4.64%(n=6)。该法操作简便,灵敏度高,能满足塑料制品中双酚A总含量测定。 A comprehensive analytical method based on high performance liquid chromatography with diode array detector and mass selective detector(HPLC-DAD-MS) has been developed for bisphenol A from plastic material. The sample was extracted with tetrahydrofuran(THF) and precipitated any polymer with acetonitrile(ACN) and then analyzed by HPLC-DAD-MS. The extracted compound was analyzed with a ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 column by gradient elution with ACN/H2 O as mobile phase. After gradient elution separation, the analyte was detected under diode array detector(DAD) and quantified by selective ion mode(SIM) with electrospry ionization in negative ion mode(ESI-). The calibration curves for bisphenol A was linear in the range of 0.2~5.0 mg/L and the correlation coefficient were 1.0. The method detection limit was 0.265 mg/kg. The mean recoveries at three spiked concentration levels of 0.2 mg/L, 1.0 mg/L, 5.0 mg/L were in the range of 86.14 %~108.31 % with RSDs(n=6) less than 5 %. This method is simple, accurate and rapid, and is suitable for the inspection of bisphenol A from plastic materials.
