火花源原子发射光谱法分析钢中高含量磷和锡

摘要 采用火花源原子发射光谱仪分析钢中高含量P、Sn,通过分析条件和工作曲线的优化,P、Sn元素工作曲线线性良好,分析上限可延伸到0.150%。钢中P、Sn含量为0.150%时标准偏差小于0.001%,分析结果令人满意。 High content phosphorus and stannum in steel was analyzed by apply spark source atomic emission spectrometer, after optimizing analysis conditions and work curve. The work curve linearity for phosphorus and stannum was good and an analysis up limit of 0.150 % can be reached. By this method the satisfactory analytic results can be get that the standard deviation was less than 0.001 % for analyzing the phosphorus and stannum with a high content of 0.150 %.
