目前,中国已成为世界制药工业大国,制药产业已发展成为推动国民经济发展的重要新兴战略产业之一,制药工程专业人才在保障人民身体健康和促进社会可持续发展方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。在制药工程专业的人才培养过程中,特别强调学生工程能力的培养。文章主要以工程实践能力培养为导向,分别从优化实践课程设置、重视实践环节的建设、加强实验室与校内外实训、实习基地建设、完善实践教学体系、提高相关专业教师的工程实践经历及经验等方面进行教学改革,加强专业建设,增强学生工程意识和工程素质,进而提升培养人才的竞争力。
