成纤维细胞生长因子(FGF)在骨骼肌发育中的作用 被引量:2

摘要 成纤维生长因子(Fibroblast growth factor,FGF)是个体发育中起重要作用的生长因子之一,主要参与骨骼肌发育过程中早期的生肌前体细胞的转变和迁移,成肌细胞的增殖和分化以及成年后骨骼肌的损伤修复等方面。本文主要对FGF家族成员和FGF受体(FGF receptor,FGFR)在骨骼肌中的表达情况、功能研究进展以及肌细胞中的FGF信号通路等方面进行综述。
