摘要
通过对旋臂组合件进行工艺性分析,设计了铆接模具,加工试验后,对铆接模具进行了改进、完善,解决了铆接敦粗、托板根部断裂的问题,满足了制件铆接加工要求。
Through the technology analysis of turning arm subassembly, the riveting die wasdesigned. After machining experiment, the riveting die was improved, and the problem ofupsetting and cracks was solved, the requirement of riveting machining was meeted.
