摘要
本实验用不同溶剂提取菘蓝根中靛蓝和靛玉红,用HPLC法测定出各提取液中靛蓝与靛玉红的含量,从中得出能提取出最多靛蓝和靛玉红的溶剂,同时分析在同种溶剂情况下靛蓝与靛玉红在菘蓝根茎叶中的含量,最后得出本实验结论。
The experiment uses different solvents to extract the indigo and indirubin from root of lsatis tinctoria .Determining the content of the indigo and indirubin in each extract solvent which can conclude the solution that extract most content of indigo and indirubin. At the same time, we analysis the content of indigo and indirubin from the root, stem and leaf of lsatis tinctoria under the condition of the same solution. Finally we draw the conclusion of this experiment.
