橡胶助剂Silane-M在SBR/无机填料复合材料中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 分别用3-苯并噻唑硫代-1-丙基-三乙氧基硅烷(Silane-M)和TESPT与白炭黑、埃洛石、纳米碳酸钙三种填料制备了三种SBR/无机填料复合材料,研究发现,两种硅烷都可以改善无机填料在SBR橡胶基体中的分散,增大复合材料的表观交联密度,提高其模量、强度、耐磨性能和抗动态疲劳性能。但含Silane-M的复合材料的表观交联密度比含TESPT的复合材料要高,其力学性能和动态力学性能要优于含TESPT的复合材料。 With 3-benzothiazole thio-l-propyl-triethoxy Silane (Silane-M), TESPT and white carbon black, halloysite, nanometer calcium carbonate three kinds of filler was prepared by three kinds of SBR/inorganic filler composites, the study found that two kinds of Silane can improve the dispersion of inorganic filler in SBR rubber matrix, increase the apparent crosslinking density of composite materials, improve its modulus, strength, wear resistance and dynamic fatigue resistance. But composites containing Silane-M apparent crosslinking density higher than with TESPT composite material, its mechanical properties and dynamic mechanical performance is better than with TESPT composite materials.
