摘要 通过对国内外改性活性炭脱除低浓度H_2S研究现状的分析,概述了活性炭相对于其他干法脱硫剂的优势,分析了改性活性炭脱除H_2S的反应机理,简述了活性炭自身的孔结构和表面化学环境对脱硫效果的影响,总结国内外学者运用不同浸渍剂对活性炭进行改性后活性炭的脱硫效果,分析了温度、湿度和O_2/H_2S的比值等操作参数在脱硫过程中的影响,介绍了改性活性炭脱硫后最常用的热再生法,以及活性炭脱除H_2S目前的工业应用并展望改性活性炭的发展前景。 Through the analysis of the low concentration H2S of modified activated carbon at home and abroad, the paper summarized the advantages of activated carbon with other dry desulfurization agent, analyzed the mechanism of H2S removal by activated carbon, the effect of pore structure and surface chemical environment on desulfurization efficiency, and analyzed the influence of temperature, humidity and O2/H2S ratio on the desulfurization process. The most commonly used thermal regeneration method, and the application of activated carbon in the process of H2S is introduced. And prospect the development of modified activated carbon.
