裂解炉轻烃适应性改造措施及应用

摘要 某公司裂解炉原设计原料单一,运行周期偏短,经过多年运行,辐射炉管表面渗碳严重,已达到使用寿命。通过对该裂解炉辐射管结构进行改造,降低炉管热强度,减少结焦,并在对流段增设模块,增加换热面积,降低排烟温度,达到既能裂解石脑油又能裂解轻烃原料,延长裂解炉运行周期,提高热效率的目的。 The feed of the cracking furnace was only one in a company according to the old design with short operational cycle, the passes suiface of radiation section with very severe carbon permeation and reached the life-expandency. Not only the pass structure of the radiation section has been improved in the furnace to reduce the heat strength of the passes and decrease the potential coking, but also the area of conviction section has been added to increase the heat exchange area and lower the exhausting temperature so that the improved furnace can crack naphtha and light hydrocarbons with prolonged life span and strengthened high efficiency.
