摘要 我国测定各类食品中有机氯农药残留的标准方法有气相色谱法和薄层色谱法。现就对茶叶中有机氯农药残留分析前处理技术进行综述,由于茶叶样品中有机氯农药残留的提取和净化过程对测定结果的代表性和可靠性有很大影响,故此综述主要针对茶叶样品中有机氯农药残留的提取和净化方法,为得到更好的提取和净化方法提供理论基础和技术支撑。 Determination of food in our country in organic chlorine pesticide residues standard method include gc and thin layer chromatography (TLC). Now in tea to chlorine pesticide residue analysis preparation technology were reviewed in this article, because in the sample tea organochlorine pesticides residues extraction and purification process on the determination results representative and reliability has a great influence, therefore the review focuses on tea samples of chlorine pesticide residue extraction and purification methods, to get better extraction and purification methods provide theoretical basis and technical support.
