摘要
如何快速成长为一名合格的地方院校青年教师,是目前各个地方院校人才队伍建设的关键。笔者结合自己的工作体会,详细分析了地方院校青年教师的优势与不足,提出了青年教师自我提升之策略,给一些新入职的地方院校青年教师提供参考。
How quickly becoming an eligible young teacher is very important in building teacher resources for local colleges. Combining with author's practice teaching experience, the paper sums up the advantages and disadvantages of young teachers at local colleges and proposes the self-promotion strategies for young teachers. The concrete advanced measures were also offered for reference, which could be to favorable at the beginning of the work for young teachers.
