农产品与人们的生活息息相关,农产品物流企业在保障农产品市场供应,促进农民增收,推进农村经济发展方面起着重要作用。目前我国农产品物流企业由于内部条件和外部筹资环境的约束,融资成为其发展壮大的一大障碍。结合我国农产品物流企业的特点,对传统方式下的权益融资和债务融资困境进行分析,探析农产品物流企业解决融资困境的新路:吸引风险投资;在物流金融条件下通过物流银行、联保融资、池融资和供应链融资等创新方式融资。

As agricultural products and people＇s lives are closely linked, the agricultural product logistics enterprises play an important role in the protection of agricultural products market supply, farmers＇ income increase and rural economy promotion. However, due to the constraints of the agricultural product logistics enterprises with their own characteristics and financing environment, financing has become the biggest obstacle to its development. This paper analyzes the difficulties of the traditional equity financing and debt financing based on the characters of the agricultural product logistics enterprises in China, and puts forward new ways out of the financing predicament of logistics enterprises by attracting venture investment： Through the innovative ways of Logistics bank , Financing guarantee pool finance and supply chain financing Finance in the logistics and financial conditions.
