摘要 家校合作机制即家庭和学校在合作过程中的内在运行方式,主要包括家庭和学校之间的关系和联系。高效的家校合作机制是促进融合教育取得成功的重要因素。文章从责任机制、沟通机制、组织机制和调解机制四个方面对香港融合教育家校合作机制进行探析,并认为大陆融合教育应完善法律体系、加强能力培训、健全组织机制,以便更好发展其家校合作机制。 Home-school cooperation mechanism is the internal operation mode of home and school in the process of cooperation, mainly including the relationship between home and school. An efficient home-school cooperation mechanism is an important factor in the success of inclusive education. This paper discusses the home-school cooperation mechanism of inclusive education in Hong Kong, including responsibility mechanism, communication mechanism, organization mechanism and conciliation mechanism. Some recommendations are made to develop the mechanism of home-school cooperation in mainland in aspects of bettering our law system, strengthening training, building organizational mechanism.
