目前我国高等职业教育的管理仍以地方政府主导为主,地方政府主要通过制定落实政策法规、统筹规划、提供公共服务、合理配置公共资源等途径对高等职业教育的可持续发展发挥重要作用。

At present, the management of higher vocational education in our country is still dominated by the local government. The local government plays an important role in the sustainable development of higher vocational education through formulating and implementing the policies and regulations, making overall plans, providing public services and al- locating rationally public resources.
