藏族大学生法律意识现状与对策研究

Study on Current Situation and Countermeasures to Tibetan College Students' Legal Awareness

藏族大学生是藏区未来发展的中坚力量,其法律意识水平从某种程度上讲,决定着整个藏区的发展和稳定。本研究以甘肃民族师范学院藏族大学生为例,重点调查了藏族大学生法律意识现状。经调查发现,大多数藏族大学生拥有一定的法律知识,是非观明确;少数藏族大学生法律知识基础差,受本民族传统习惯的影响较深,尚未形成具体的法律意志品质,相当比例的学生缺乏应有的法律信仰。

Tibetan college students are the backbone of the future development of the Tibetan areas. Their legal aware- ness level, to some extent, determines the development and social stability of the Tibetan areas. This study, taking Gansu Normal University for Nationalities for example, has made a survey on their current situation of legal awareness. The results indicates that most of Tibetan college students have some legal knowledge and a clear view of fight and wrong, a few of Ti- betan college students have weak legal knowledge and have not formed specific legal will quality due to their traditional habits＇ influence, and quite a proportion of college students lack due legal faith.
