摘要 《办公文秘》是文秘专业的专项能力训练课程,为高职院校学生提高专业素质和工作岗位能力提供有效支撑,办公技能是高职文管类学生综合素质的主要体现,在现代办公模式下,对《办公文秘》课程教育进行改革,提出适应培养目标的教学模式,并在教学实践中加以应用,以期培养符合社会需要的高素质技能型人才。 Office Secretary is a course of special ability training for secretary major,and provides effective support for the improvement of vocational college students' professional quality and working ability. Office skills reflects mainly the comprehensive quality of students of arts in vocational colleges. In the mode of modem office, the course reform of Off'we Secretary is carried out, which proposes teaching modes that adapt to the training objectives. The modes can be applied to teaching practice in order to train high- quality skilled personnel to meet the needs of the society.
