女子南拳竞赛套路难度动作编排规律的研究

Research on Arrangement Rules of Difficult Movements in Women Nanquan Boxing Competition

长拳、太极拳、南拳构成了竞技武术包含的三大拳种,简称为长太南。其中,南拳又称为南方拳,是明代以来流行于南方的汉族拳种的总称。以广东南拳、福建南拳为中心,广泛流传于长江以南地区。笔者采用文献资料法、录像观察法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法,对2011、2012、2013、2014、2015年全国武术套路冠军赛前8名女子竞技南拳运动员参赛套路的动作难度、连接难度、难度动作组合等方面进行统计、对比、分析,做到及时了解、掌握当前女子南拳的发展现状以及今后的技术走向。以期为今后的女子南拳套路科学、合理的编排起到一定的催化作用。

Changquan,Taichi and Nanquan,simply＂Chang-Tai-Nan＂for short,form the three boxing schools of competitive Wushu.Among them,Nanquan boxing,also known as the southern boxing,is the general name for ethnic Han boxing schools,which had been popular in the south of China since Ming dynasty.It,centered on Nanquan boxing in Guangdong and Fujian,spread widely in the south of the Yangtze River.Based on comparison and statically analysis of the difficulty in movement,connection and combination,the author,adopting the methods of literature,video observation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,are able to grasp timely the current developmental situation of women Nanquan boxing and its technology trend in the future.The survey is expected to play a catalytic role in the coming scientific and reasonable layout of women Nanquan boxing.
