摘要
以364份农业高新技术企业调查问卷为基础,探讨模糊前端参与对企业产品创新性的影响,并研究网络结构形态的调节效应。实证结果表明,模糊前端参与对企业市场创新性和技术创新性的提升具有显著作用,网络中心性对模糊前端参与和企业市场创新性关系具有正向调节作用,供应商弹性对模糊前端参与和企业市场创新性关系具有负向调节作用。研究结论为我国农业高新技术企业的新产品开发管理提供一定实践指导价值。
This study discusses the effects of involvement in fuzzy front end on technological innovativeness and market innovativeness respectively as well as the moderating effects of network structure configuration.364 survey data from Chinese agricultural high-technique enterprises are used to empirically test the hypotheses.The results show that supplier involvement in fuzzy front end has a positive effect on product innovativeness.Network centrality positively affects the relationship between involvement fuzzy front end and technological innovativeness.Supplier flexibility negatively affects the relationship between involvement fuzzy front end and product innovativeness.The study conclusions provide theoretical guidance for the management of new product development.
