高等教育与区域经济协调发展研究——以四川陕西两省为例

Coordinated Development of Between Higher Education and Regional Economy——A Case Study of Sichuan and Shaanxi

四川陕西两省一直以来都是西部地区的高等教育大省,但是两省的经济发展状况却令人堪忧,究其原因,就是高等教育没能充分发挥对经济的促进作用。经过研究发现,若想使两省的高等教育资源充分利用,以促进区域经济的良性发展,必须从以下五方面着手:加强合作,资源共享;互相学习,优劣互补;加大投资,服务社会;了解需求,优化学科;坚持特色,服务地方。

Development of higher education in Sichuan and Shaanxi provinces has grown rapidly while the economic develop- ment in these two provinces has been behind other regions . The reason lies in the functions of the higher education has not been given full play to the regional economic development. To make full use of education resources to promote the development of the re- gional economy should be carried out from the five aspects of strengthening the resource sharing; learning from each other, increas- ing investment, adhering to the characteristics and serving for the development of local economy.
