By studying the status and the functions of art definer , we classified the art definer into three categories , the art- ists, the art critics and the discourse community . For artists , as the art definer, is because of their art practicing. They are of the creative genius and profound humanistic spirit and excellent operational ability. The art critics have the knowledge of art history and artistic theory with which they provided academic and epistemological knowledge . Privileged agencies defiue the level of the art works through their confirmation of the presence of art and the controlling of the art market.
