知识服务中的著作权风险引致因素分析与评估研究

Analysis and evaluation on the copyright risk factors in the knowledge service

随着信息社会的发展,图书馆的著作权风险也在不断地放大。知识服务作为图书馆在信息时代重要的服务创新模式,在实际的服务应用中,不可避免地会触及著作权风险,基于三个不同层次的知识服务中的著作权风险分析,并对其中的风险引致因素进行评估,以便为进一步的风险应对和防范提供依据。

With the development of information society, the copyright risk for a library has been enlarged. In the practice of lit- erary operation, it is likely for people to meet the copyright risk in the age of information. In this paper,we made an analysis of the copyright risk based on three different levels of service, especially on the derived factors in the service in order to prevent the copy- right risks.
