An Analysis of the 2015 National Security Strategy of the United States

奥巴马政府于2015年2月发布了最新的《国家安全战略报告》。试对该报告发布的背景、目的以及报告的具体内容和形式进行分析,发现该报告一个明显的特点就是不断强调美国的领导地位。通过与奥巴马2010年《国家安全战略报告》的比较,也发现美国对中国的态度变得更加警觉。在这样的情况下,中国应该高度关注自身的安全环境和战略应对。

Barack Obama released the new National Security Strategy in February, 2015. This paper analyzes the background, purpose, content and language of this report, finding that one obvious feature of this report is that America emphasizes its leadership again and again. By comparison with Obama＇ s first report released in 2010, this paper also finds America becomes more alert to China. Under such situation, China should pay much attention to its security environment and strategic responses.
