CQI在护理中的应用现状与影响因素分析——基于某三级甲等医院的调查与经验

Application status and influencing factors analysis of continuous quality improvement in nursing care-based on survey and experience from a grade A class 3 hospital

目的观察持续质量改进方法在护理中的应用现状及影响因素。方法按照简单随机抽样方法抽取某三级甲等医院18个科室,向护理人员发放自行设计的推广持续质量改进的现状和影响持续质量改进方法应用的因素调查表180份,回收有效调查表94份。结果 76.60%护理人员认为持续质量改进对护理质量改善有效果,67.02%对持续质量改进整体感到非常满意或满意,认可医院文化、战略、持续质量改进组织结构对该院持续质量改进执行影响显著,但技术因素作用有限。结论持续质量改进方法确实有助于提高护理服务质量,需要从医院文化、医院战略、组织保障以及技术条件等多方面为持续质量改进实施创造有利条件。

Objective To observe the application status and influencing factors of continuous quality improvement（ CQI） in nursing care. Method Choose 18 departments from a grade A class 3 hospital by simple random sampling. Give out 180 self- designed questionnaires on expanding present status and influencing factors of application on CQI. 94 valid questionnaires are received. Result 76. 6% nursing staffs think CQI can improve nursing quality. 67. 02% feel very satisfied or satisfied towards CQI generally. They think hospital＇s culture,strategy and organization structure of CQI have great effect on implementation of CQI in this hospital. But effect of technical factors is limited. Conclusion CQI can improve nursing service quality,which needs further favorable conditions from hospital＇s culture,strategy,organization guarantee and technical requirement.
