Effect of CT Combined with MRI in Diagnosis of Caroli's Disease

目的探讨CT联合MRI检查诊断Caroli's病的应用效果。方法回顾性分析8例经组织病理学确诊Caroli’s病患者的CT和MRI检查资料。结果 8例患者均出现囊状影,并出现柱状小胆管影与之相连通,通过CT检查可以清晰显示。MRI检查和MRCP序列可以直接显示上述影像。8例患者中3例为I型,伴有明显的胆管结石;其余5例为Ⅱ型出现门静脉高压症状。3例患者的肝脏、脾脏出现明显增大趋势,胃底出现流空血管影,其余5例无肝、脾脏肿大以及门静脉高压征。结论 CT联合MRI检查可以对Caroli’s病做出明确诊断,综合分析提高诊断准确性。

Objective To investigate the effect of CT combined with MRI in the diagnosis of Caroli＇s disease. Methods CT and MRI examination data of 8 patients with Caroli＇s disease were retrospectively analyzed. RReessuullttss 8 patients appeared cystic shadow, and the emergence of small columnar duct shadow and communicated with, by CT examination can clearly show. MRI inspection and MRCP sequence can directly display the same image. In the 8 patients, 3 patients were I type, with obvious bile duct stones, and the other 5 cases were type II. 3 cases of patients with liver and spleen appeared significantly increasing trend, stomach appears at the end of the vascular signal void shadow, the other 5 cases without liver, enlarged spleen and portal vein pressure syndrome. CCoonncclluussiioonn CT combined with MRI examination can make a definite diagnosis of Caroli＇s disease and improve the accuracy of diagnosis.
