我国医用耗材管理研究热点的文献计量学社会网络分析

Analysis on hot topics on the management of consumable medical supplies in China based on bibliometrics and social network

目的:运用文献计量学社会网络分析方法,结合文献评阅对我国期刊医用耗材管理研究文献进行分析,研究我国医用耗材管理研究领域的研究现状、热点及趋势,为促进我国医疗卫生机构加强医用耗材管理、优化医学装备技术配置及提升医疗服务质量提供参考依据。方法:检索2004-2013年间中国知网(CNKI)、万方及维普数据库中与医用耗材管理研究相关文献,采集关键词并统计其频次,截取高频关键词,构筑高频关键词词篇共现矩阵,导入SPSS获取相关系数矩阵后使用UCINET生成高频关键词社会网络,并对其进行凝聚子群分析、中心性分析以及凝聚子群密度分析。结果:检索获得样本文献766篇,年发文量在2004-2010年间波折上升,2010年后呈现快速增长态势。以频次3为阈值截取获得50个高频关键词,对应样本文献构成50行×766列关键词词篇共现矩阵。社会网络图谱及中心性分析显示,科学管理、高值耗材及质量管理体系等关键词在网络中具有较高的中心性。同时,质控管理与安全管理、不良事件与安全管理以及质量管理体系与内部控制等关键词对之间联系比较紧密。结论:我国医用耗材管理研究热点是在围绕医用耗材科学管理的基础上逐步拓展延伸至库存管理与信息化、成本管理与临床应用评价、安全管理与质量管理以及准入管理与采购监管等5类互为联系的领域。随着研究工作进一步深入,聚焦热点得以凝练,将对我国卫生事业发展中的临床技术管理与应用评价产生积极影响。

Objective： To study current situation, hot spots and trends on management of consumable medical supplies in China based on the bibliometric methods and social network analysis. And provide healthcare organizations with advisory evidence for strengthening medical consumable supplies management, deploying the medical technology configuration and improving medical care quality. Methods： Literatures from 2004 to 2013 on consumable medical supplies management was searched through Wan Fang, CNKI and VIP. Information like keywords was extracted, and frequency of the keywords was counted. Threshold value was determined for the high frequency keyword matrix. The bibliometric analysis was conducted by Excel, high frequency keyword paper matrix was defined by SPSS19.0. The high frequency keyword paper matrix was transformed into high frequency keyword correlation matrix for further social network analysis. Centrality measures and cohesion analysis were performed through UCINET; original social network, subgroups network and centrality network were generated through Net Draw. Results： Seven hundred and sixty six papers were sampled. Annual paper number fluctuated with a rising trend from 2004 to 2010 and stepped up rapidly since. The 50 high frequency keywords get set as 3 the threshold value, in combination with the sample papers to further get the keyword paper matrix. The high frequency keywords were clustered into five classifications. The social network analysis shows that keywords like high value consumable medical supplies, scientific management, information technology etc have relatively larger centrality measures. Meanwhile, lines between keywords like quality management and security management, adverse event and safety management, quality management system and internal control etc are bolder, meaning that relations between these keywords are closer. Conclusion： The social network analysis revealed the hot research topics on consumable medical supplies around the ＂scientific management＂ on the basis of gradually expanding extends to the ＂inventory management＂ and ＂information technology＂, ＂cost management＂ and ＂clinical evaluation＂, ＂safety management＂ and ＂quality management＂, ＂access management＂ and ＂procurement regulation＂ 5 kinds of mutual connections, along with the further research work, focus be concise, will have a positive impact for the healthcare development.
