双源CT双能量成像技术在骨与关节疾病中的应用

Research on application of dual energy CT in bone and joint

目的:探讨双源CT双能量成像技术在骨与关节疾病中的应用价值。方法:选取67例应用双源CT双能量技术检查的骨与关节疾病的病例资料,对所获图像进行分析,并与临床诊断结果对照。结果:在67例双能量检查患者中,痛风检查12例,骨肌成像15例,金属内固定去伪影成像19例,去骨血管成像21例,所得图像均能满足诊断需要,影像诊断结果与临床诊断符合率为95%。结论:双源CT双能量成像技术提高了CT对不同组织的鉴别能力,拓展了CT在骨与关节疾病中的应用范围,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective： To investigate the application value of dual energy CT imaging technique in bone and joint in. Methods： Sixty-seven with bone and joint cases were collected from Sep.2013 to Nov.2014, both the obtained images were analyzed and the results were compared with clinical diagnosis. Results： Sixty-seven cases of dual energy check patients, 12 cases of gout examination, 15 cases of musculoskeletal imaging, metallic fixation to 19 cases of artifacts to bone imaging, boneless vascular imaging 21 cases, the image can meet the needs of the clinical diagnosis, the rate of 95% in line with diagnostic imaging results and clinical diagnosis. Conclusion： Dual energy CT imaging technology to improve the ability of CT to identify different organizations, expand the scope of application of CT in bone and joint diseases, have high application value.
