摘要
文化产业规划文本是研究我国区域文化产业发展的重要依据。通过运用社会网络分析方法研究文化产业规划文本中的省份-行业社会网络关系,结合社会网络分析的中心度指标测度各省市在发展具体行业类别中的侧重,研究结果发现大部分省市或自治区在发展文化产业时同质化发展,缺乏地方特色,欠缺战略规划考量。因此,建议优化区域文化发展布局,差异化发展,创新内容和形式,构建产业价值链,积极推动产业联动,加快文化产业发展,同时为"十三五"文化产业规划提供一定参考依据。
The culture industry planning is the programmatic document which can guide and develop the cultural industry in China. This paper mainly discussed the relation between province and industry by using SNA from the culture industry planning of different provinces during the twelfth five-year. It revealed that homogeneity development, lack of local characteristics and strategic considerations are existed in the development of cultural industry according to the most provinces. So it suggests that optimizing the regional cultural development layout, innovating content and form, building new industry value chain and actively promoting industrial linkage accelerate the development of cultural industry, at the same time provide certain reference basis for culture industry planning in Thirteenth five-year.
